I really like this place. Good food, good drinks, (mostly) good people. BUT (!!) there's a guy that comes here EVERY G.D. NIGHT named Gerry Gil. He thinks he owns the place & changes the channel to the news when the rest of us want to watch a game!!!! WTF!?!?

2 draft beers and a burger with tots for under $20? Good luck finding that anywhere else in this town. Throw in a bar maid that has a tattoo of the "R" from Rainier Beer and carpet that probably has a few crime scenes hidden in it and you've got a hell of a nice place. I'll be back.

Great food, don't pass up the burgers, and a fun crowd. Great to enjoy a hometown vibe when you aren't at home. Friendly service and just the right amount of attitude!

Was here Saturday and the bartender was awesome! Someone accidentally spilled my drink and she made me another immediately. So kind and surprising. The music they played was also so much better than anywhere else in the area. People actually want to dance and the vibe was great! No fights or awkwardness. The only bar I'd go to in Everett

OK, I have a guilty pleasure. I like dive bars. This one is a long-standing institution on the west side of Everett. Weekends find it filled with bikers, weekdays find it filled with longshore, if you can make it inside, it's got three pool tables, a pinball machine, good food, and a lot of attitude. I've never had a bad experience here and people take you as you are. There's a fenced in beer garden in the back and all the trappings of a great hole in the wall. If you're a dive bar fan, check it out!

Try the Soundview Special. Generous pours. Good service. More than just a tavern. Enjoy.

Oh my goodness I went there on a Friday and they had fish and chips with fries and coleslaw and chowder. For eight dollars. It was so good I could hardly stand it. I will definitely go back.

I am partial to dive bars so Soundview is where a group of us found ourselves for lunch. Free street parking can be found. Credit cards are accepted. Being a dive bar, expect zero frills. Expect blunt customer care. Expect territorial yet friendly regulars. Expect foul language. Expect cheap beer and food. There is no wait service. Drink and food orders are placed at the counter. Water is self-serve from the counter. Soundview offers pull tabs, pool tables, TV's, vending machines dispensing snack and smokes and a large outdoor seating area. Patrons ranged from young (21) to elderly. I was surprised at how busy Soundview was on a Saturday afternoon during the lunch hour. Pints of craft draft beer were $4. Cheap, cold and refreshing. My wife and I shared the Bacon Cheeseburger (single) for $7.75. We chose tater tots as our side. Our burger was everything we expected it to be: greasy, fully loaded, hot and absolutely delicious. Paired perfectly with our ice cold beers. Overall, Soundview is not for people who expect to be coddled or pampered. Soundview is for people who are laid-back and who can find fun and good times in their surroundings. My kind of place.
